Chicken drumsticks with vegetables
Nice simple dish for each day. Tired of potatoes and rice, I wanted something light and although I don't like urban chickens-broilers (legs, wings, etc. parts of the body), and homemade chicken - it was fantastic!... but quickly ending, it is sometimes possible to diversify the menu for those that are in stock

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    4 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Tomato

    6 piece

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    60 ml

Step by step not photographed, because it's simple. Eggplant cut into slices and soak in salt water. From chicken drumsticks to cut off the bone (the very tip), put in a roaster on top of the onion half rings, carrots - on a large grater, eggplant and tomatoes,chopped into slices. Add salt, pour oil (can be a bit of water to top up)

Simmer with the lid closed, until the allocated water. Then the lid open and simmer until tender, that half of the water has evaporated. Bon appetit!
