  • Chicken egg

  • Mayonnaise

    1 can

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

    300 g

Prepare the batter: mix the eggs, mayonnaise (3-4 tablespoons) and flour until the consistency of sour cream.

On the stove put a pan, heat oil. Pieces of fish put in batter, then in hot oil and fry until Golden brown. At first I was worried that the fish will stick to the bottom. But it first falls, and then after 3-5 seconds it POPs up. Ready fish to lay out on a towel and let the excess fat to remove.
