This dish I "America is not open"... the Usual mashed potatoes. But with baked eggs looks more interesting that can attract children. Although my husband is not a child, but he liked the unusual design of the puree with eggs... This dish can be served both independently and with sausage, sausages, chicken legs etc.

Cooking
Peel and boil the potatoes. Drain the water, add milk and mash into a puree.
To shift mashed potatoes in a greased with butter form. Make it 4 indentations in each to release the egg.
Bake in the oven until cooked eggs. Take out from the oven. You can serve this sauce either in a pan (on their own), or put portions on plates with fish, sausages, chicken, etc.
