Apple smoothie with oatmeal and ginger
Excellent choice of Breakfast, especially, it can be prepared in the evening and leave in the fridge until morning. It's not only delicious, but refreshing.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 cup

  • Apple juice

    250 ml

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Grapes

    1 sprig

  • Ginger

    1 slice

  • Brown sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

Products. For making smoothies used whole grain oat cereal from the company "Mistral"

Poured cereal Apple juice and let stand 10 minutes.

The grapes are disassembled into individual berries, ginger cleaned and sliced finely.

Apple cut randomly and misted with lemon juice.

Whipped in a blender fruit and ginger.

Then added the juice with cereal and sugar and again blend the mixture on high speed for approximately 2 minutes - 3.

Pour in wide glasses, decorated with small tassels of grapes and made a wide tube.
