Cooking
Test is no secret. I make in the bread maker according to the standard recipe for bread under the program "Dough". While the dough rises make the filling: Shred the cabbage (I do this in a food processor).
We spread it in the pan, potseluem and slightly fry in vegetable oil.
Pour into the pan a little water, cover with a lid and stew until ready.
Ready for pies cabbage turns tender and translucent.
Chop onions and fry in vegetable oil.
Cabbage, onion and egg mix. The stuffing is ready. Now the dough is spread on a Board, formed the patties and put them on a baking sheet. Top pies grease with beaten egg.
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees. The willingness of pies identified by the ruddy top.
Take out the cakes from the oven and cover them for 15 minutes with a kitchen towel.
