A few years ago I made blinick first time, took pictures and... well ... lost them. The prescription is not billed, but that didn't stop me at every opportunity to cook it. Loved it us. As an accompaniment it was, and jams and savoury spreads. Yesterday while cleaning the computer I found them in the folder with the old work programs and decided to show the recipe. Try our blinny?

Cooking
Two eggs whisk until smooth.
While stirring gradually add the flour, salt, sugar. Pour in vegetable oil, add the soda and stir until smooth.
Bake pancakes on a heated and greased griddle pancakes. Lubricate once before baking the first pancake.
The remaining beat eggs with sour cream, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. Every damn lubricated with a mixture of culinary brush and stack on one another in the baking dish. I used the pan for baking pancakes. Top damn also lubricate the sour cream and egg mixture. Put in a preheated 180C oven for 10 minutes.
