I got lucky tonight, a neighbor brought already prepared octopus, ie boiled, shelled and cut. and so the need to defrost the octopus, rinse well and boil in a little water until soft. to clean from skin, but not much, and cut into pieces.
Cut the onion into small pieces and fry in olive oil. add the pieces of octopus and fry for another 5 min.
Add tomato paste, pasta (small horns), pepper, salt and simmer another 5 min.
Add water to cover macaroni about 2 times
Cook the dish on medium heat until then, until the pasta has absorbed all the water.
