Pumpkin-oatmeal muffin

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    150 g

  • Water

    175 ml

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    180 g

  • Pumpkin

    230 g

  • Flour

    230 g

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Walnuts

    70 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.25 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Chicken egg

Cooking

Oat flakes grind in a blender, pour boiling water, stir and leave for 5-7 minutes.

Soft beat butter with sugar.
