Fried pies with potatoes and mushrooms
When conscience does hiding under the bed, and the priest fit in your favorite jeans, I'm happy to eat fried pies. ))) Words can not convey what they are tender and delicious. Just remember my childhood and grandma's pies in the village.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Mushrooms

  • Black pepper

    1 pinch

  • Salt

  • Dill

1. Make the dough. Warm water, sugar, salt, soft butter, flour and yeast and knead lightly firm dough. I do this with a mixer to speed up the process. The dough cover and leave for an hour in a warm place.

2. While the dough rises, make filling. Boil the potatoes until tender. At this time the onion and slice the mushrooms. I use mushrooms, but any mushrooms. Fry in vegetable oil onion, after some time add the mushrooms. Then black pepper, salt and dill. Fry until cooked.
