These potato pancakes go perfectly with onions, fried with bacon.

Cooking
Potatoes RUB on a small grater.
Pour in a Cup of warm milk and add salt, sugar and grated potatoes, mix well.
Chop the weight of the immersion blender.
Add eggs and vegetable oil, mix well. Add flour to desired thickness and stir until smooth. Cover with a towel and let stand in warm for about 30-40 minutes.
