Potato pancakes, stewed in a pot
These potato pancakes go perfectly with onions, fried with bacon.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    300 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    130 g

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Fat

    1 slice

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Fat

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Potatoes RUB on a small grater.

Pour in a Cup of warm milk and add salt, sugar and grated potatoes, mix well.
