Cooking
Corn flakes crushed. Mix with 40 grams of sugar, soft butter and 2-3 tablespoons of water. This is our dough.
Put the dough except for 3 tablespoons on the bottom of a split form (d=16 cm), greased, and lightly compacted. Put in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Mix the cottage cheese, cream, 50 g sugar, starch, zest, yolk, lemon juice and cinnamon.
Beat egg whites and mix with curd mass.
Put into a form, on top of our test, layers : cottage cheese, grapes, curd. Top spread 3 tbsp of the pending test.
Bake for 35 minutes at t 180°C. (20 minutes bake under the foil, then removed). Be guided by your oven! Allow to cool. PS the cooking Time is given without taking into account the cooling of the dough in the fridge.
