Description
Golden potato scones with pumpkin flavored filling. And the addition of a small amount of semolina in the dough helps to improve its structure. Pellets will benefit from this and will be more tender.

Cooking
1. Pumpkin and garlic RUB on a medium grater.
2. Boil potatoes in salted water. Drain the water.
3. In hot potato to lay out the pumpkin, 2 tbsp sour cream and seasoning blend weight.
4. Then in the potato mixture add the eggs, soft cheese and salt and again blend it.
5. Add the semolina and sifted flour, knead the dough. If the dough is too liquid, add more flour. Cover the dough with lid and set aside for 30 minutes. The dough consistency as pancakes.
6. Heat oil and fry tortillas on both sides until Golden brown.
7. While frying the tortillas, prepare the filling. Clean the vegetables and chop. First, fry in vegetable oil until transparent onions. Then add diced pepper, 1 tbsp butter and simmer until cooked peppers.
8. For each pancake put the filling and fold stack. Served hot. Bon appetit!
