Chocolate cake with currants
Very gentle, chocolate cupcake. Currant gives a light acidity. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Red currants

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Sugar I used brown TM Mistral.

Break the eggs, add the sugar. Beat.

Add the soft butter.

And sour cream.

Add baking powder and cocoa.

Gradually add the flour. Stir until smooth. The dough should be like thick cream.

Put the dough in a greased form. Top arrange berries currants. Bake at 180C, 40-50 minutes.
