Miss mutton together with onion through a meat grinder with the addition of tail fat, then a good beat.
Minced meat seasoned with spices and put for 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator
From stuffing form a Lula in the form of sausages with a length of 10-15cm each and strung them on skewers. Ready Lula lay on a baking tray previously greased with oil and roast in preheated oven at 200C for about 30 minutes
On top decorate with sliced onion rings (after the onions I douse with boiling water) Bon APPETIT!!!
