This recipe a few years ago, I moved our family from the husband's family. And since then, has become our annual recipe. Dough comes out a lot, but half of the we prepare two cake, and the other half nut rolls, as well who went along with the cake. The recipe is also posted. We have it as two halves and separately, never cooked. So when you prepare cakes or just rolls it is necessary to consider and to minimize the ingredients in the dough.

Cooking
Warm milk mixed with yeast and add 400 grams of flour. Mix well and put in a warm place for 1-1,5 hours.
Separate the yolks from the whites. The yolks with the sugar, salt and vanilla to pound until white.

When the dough is doubled, add the egg yolks and mix well.
Then add oil and again mix well.
Then add the whites. Mix well and add remains of flour (flour may need more, it is necessary to look at the test). Knead the dough. So that it is elastic, does not stick to hands and bowl, but was not at all cool. Again put in a warm place for 2-2,5 hours. Should increase in 2 times.
After that, we usually divide the dough in half or 1/3 for cakes, and the rest of the rolls. ( the recipe for the rolls as well laid out). Add the raisins and mix well. Spread the dough in 1/2 and give a little stand to raise.
Then send in a preheated 160-170 degrees oven for about 40 minutes.
After removing from the oven, let cool and decorate according to your taste.
