Description
A very unexpected combination, you say? Maybe. But the cake came out amazing in taste. And the taste is slightly smoked. Marvelous as tea and coffee for Breakfast and broth for lunch. Believe it or not, come and see for yourself!

Cooking
Zucchini peel and RUB on a coarse grater
Drain in a sieve to remove excess liquid
Adyghe cheese cut into cubes
Add cheese soy sauce Kikkoman light.
Stir and leave to marinate at least an hour. Stirring occasionally the cheese cubes so that they're evenly marinated.
Softened butter whipped with olive, add 1 egg and 1 yolk and whisk.
Add 1 egg and 1 yolk and again whisk until smooth.
Sift the flour with the baking powder.
Add the flour to maslyano-egg mixture and knead the dough.
Add to the dough zucchini, pineapple and cheese ( the excess soy sauce to drain). Mix well.
Put the dough in the form laid with baking paper and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes.
Here's a cupcake left, fragrant, slightly smoky, with subtle pineapple notes. Bon appetit!
