Flounder fried
Very tasty and simple dish to prepare.

Ingredients

  • Flounder

    1 kg

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Lemon

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking. Fish, cut into long slices, wash well and leave to drain the water. Sprinkle the fish with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes. Then dry each piece with a napkin, dip in flour and put on a hot oil pan.

Fry until then, until fish are well browned on both sides. Serve with lemon. Bon appetit!!!
