Another dish from my favorite chicken!

Ingredients

  • Chicken thigh

    8 piece

  • Sausage

    100 g

  • Figure

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

FILLING: Cut the sausage small cubes, onion and garlic finely chop.

Wash and boil the rice.

A little fry in vegetable oil onion and sausage.

Add the garlic, rice and even a little put out. Season with salt and pepper and allow to cool.

While the filling cools, prepare the thighs. From thighs to remove bones, meat tenderizer, salt and pepper.

Foil cut squares. On each square, pour a little vegetable oil and put the chicken.

In the center of the chicken put 1 tablespoon of filling. Secure with toothpicks.

"Candy" to shift in a pan and pour 1 - 1.5 cups of water. Bake in the oven for ~1 hour (depending on oven) at 180 degrees.
