Chocolate cake with pear
A tasty pie. Extra soft attached buckwheat flour, which is not felt in a cake. Come, treat.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Buckwheat

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Pear

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Cooking

From buckwheat groats in a coffee grinder to make flour.

Beat eggs with sugar for 5-7 minutes.

Add the vegetable oil and sour cream.

Add the buckwheat flour, baking powder and cocoa powder.

Add wheat flour, mix the dough until smooth, without lumps.

Pear cut into thin slices.

Put the dough in a greased form for baking. Sprinkle the pears. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 35-40 minutes.
