Cooking
Eggs mixed with salt and sugar (I have a TM Mistral)
Mix the flour with cocoa powder and pour in milk-egg mixture.
Fry in a pan with 2 sides.
The diameter of the pancakes 15 cm.
In curd add scalded with boiling water and chopped dried apricots.
Add sugar, sour cream, vanilla and mix thoroughly.
Moldable candy. On pancakes put cottage cheese.
To tighten the roll and fasten. (I bandaged with strips of tangerine peel, because I like them to taste and I sometimes eat, but you can clip rings dried apricots.
Another view. In the middle of the pancake put the ball of the curd mass.
Collect the edges and tied citrus peel.
Candy triangular shape. On pancake put cottage cheese mass in the form of a triangle.
Raise the edges, once cut with scissors, decorated with citrus peel.
