Chicken fillet with pineapple and black olives
Very easy to prepare dish. Well suited for home dinner, and to meet guests. Will appeal to those who love the combination of chicken with pineapple or other fruits.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Soda

    0.5 tsp

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Olives

    1 can

  • Water

    4 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Prepare all the necessary products.

Chicken fillet cut into pieces and repel. Form for baking grease with vegetable oil mixed with 4 tbsp water. Spread the meat in shape.

RUB cheese on a coarse grater, add the flour, mayonnaise, eggs and soda. Mix everything.

The resulting mass is spread on the meat and evenly distributed.

Canned pineapple in banks are often very coarsely chopped, therefore (when necessary) cut them finely. Olives cut into slices. Put the products in a baking dish (first the pineapple and then black olives).

Bake until tender for 20 minutes at 180 degrees.
