Ingredients

  • Pasta

    500 g

  • Tomatoes in own juice

    500 g

  • Anchovies

    6 piece

  • Black olives

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Capers

    50 g

  • Parsley

    0.333 coup

  • Oregano

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

Cooking

Cook spaghetti in slightly salted water until al dente.

Heat the pan with oil and fry for 3-4 minutes the anchovies.

Add the olives, pitted and garlic.

Add tomatoes and sugar. I added a thick tomato juice 300 g and cherry tomatoes.

Send the capers to the pan and cook another 4 minutes.

Spread the pasta, stir, cook for 3-4 minutes, sprinkle with parsley and oregano. Remove from the heat.
