Chicken baked with vegetables and rolls
All in one - so you can say about this dish. Spicy chicken, aromatic vegetables, all covered with delicate scones is delicious! To make the rolls, you will need a few minutes. Try? And guests to shame!

  • Chicken thigh

  • Soy sauce

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Eggplant

Chicken cut into small pieces. Pepper, carrots, pumpkin peel and cut. Zucchini chopped (if you want the peel to remove).

Eggplant peel and cut into cubes.

In a saucepan pour the water or broth, put the chicken, vegetables (except mushrooms and zucchini).

Pour soy sauce, add spices to taste, garlic. Bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Starch diluted in a little water and pour in the chicken with the vegetables, add the zucchini and cook after boiling for 2 minutes.

Flour mixed with salt, sugar, baking powder and soda. Add the butter and grind into crumbs. Pour yogurt and knead the dough - soft and tender - if necessary, add flour.
