Pies with liver and sesame seeds
Really well flavored cakes, with the liver. I baked a Turkey with the liver, but liver lovers will suit any and even the most affordable is of course chicken. For these pies offer a recipe of yeast dough on kefir, milk and vegetable oil. The dough was lush and tender, very airy.

Ingredients

In warm milk dissolve yeast, add the sugar and allow to rise yeast. Sift flour, add salt, mix with yogurt, milk (with yeast and sugar), knead the dough. I kneaded in the food processor, gradually add 6 tablespoons of vegetable (I have olive refined), oil finally stirred.

Started to make the patties, immediately turn on the oven at 190-200*. On the stove put on top of a baking sheet covered with paper. Spread the cakes.
