Pie with ricotta and herbs
I want to offer you a prescription gentle cake in the shape of a flower..

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Spinach

    800 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Ricotta

    250 g

  • Goat cheese

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    20 ml

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Nutmeg

  • Salt

  • Allspice

Cooking

Finely chop the spinach / Swiss chard /and zucchino.
