Pancakes stuffed with young peas

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Oat flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Wholegrain wheat flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Mozzarella

    180 g

  • Parmesan

    10 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

The first thing we need to boil the peas and grate the cheese. If gorosei fresh, it needs a little blanch for 3-5 minutes in salted water, and frozen cook about 15 minutes. RUB cheese with a vegetable peeler.
