Cooking
Peel onions and prepare the fillets
Cut the fillet slices, and onion rings. Put in a bowl in which meat will marinate.
Salt. I used Adygei salt. (the recipe is on the website)
Add the cherry juice (I have left after cooking the cherries in their own juice), soy sauce and mustard.
All mix, cover with a lid and leave at room temperature for 5-6 hours.
Cut cherry tomatoes into halves
Assemble the kebabs on wooden skewers, alternating meat, onion and tomatoes. select the appropriate form (deep) and an improvised grill. In the form put the foil to the bottom, too, was the heat. We put our grill in a preheated 150 degree oven for 50 minutes. Every 10-15 minutes, overturn the kebabs and pour the marinade in which marinated meat.
