Homemade corn cake with dried fruit
Cozy winter pie. Thanks to cane sugar and corn flour it elegant Sunny color and a pleasant taste.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    0.5 cup

  • Corn flour

    0.5 cup

  • Dried fruits

    225 g

  • Butter

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    0.25 cup

  • Yogurt

    6 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

To the bottom of the pan and grease the pan. Preheat to 175 gr. the oven. To measure the flour and sugar I used Cup equals 240 ml.

Dried fruit wash, dry, chop coarsely.

Mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, salt.

Beat the eggs and cane sugar. Add the zest, vanilla, and both types of oil, mix well.

To egg mixture pour in three steps flour, mixing after each addition. Add yogurt, honey (liquid or melted). Pour the batter into the pan, top with half of the dried fruit, a little push.
