Cooking
Purified pumpkin cut into medium pieces. Bake in the oven at t=180ºC for 30 minutes.
Pumpkin blend, add the egg and 60 ml of orange juice (20 ml of juice left). Mix well.
Sifted flour, baking powder and sugar mix in a bowl.
Add the cold butter cut into small pieces. Grind ground into crumbs.
Add to ground spices. Mix well.
To the mixture add the prepared puree of pumpkin and orange juice. Mix well.
Add poppy seeds, lemon zest and the remaining 20 ml of orange juice. Mix well.
Add the vegetable oil (I used oil Ideal), mix well.
In the form (I form d=23 cm), put baking paper, grease with oil (I used oil "Ideal")the bottom and sides of the form. Put the dough.
Bake for 40-50 minutes at t= 180ºC to dry kindling. The finished cake to cool.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
