Description

Garnish
Summer does not want a composite, rich and heavy side dishes. And like the lightness, freshness and vitamins! My first seasonal side dish of carrots in an orange-soy sauce with a slight ginger taste, ideal for warm summer days. Great as a complement to fish dishes (and not only).

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Ginger

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

step-0
From orange squeeze juice.
step-1
Carrots cut into slices, onion - half rings, grate the ginger on a fine grater. Prepared foods fried in vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes.
step-2
To the vegetables add soy sauce, simmer on low heat, stirring, for 3-4 minutes.
step-3
In a dish add orange juice, simmer until the sauce thickens. I love that carrot that crackled so stewed in the juice very long. If necessary, salt.
