Tomatoes
This salad I discovered recently on one of the forums. Then I watched the method of cooking on various cooking web sites, here tomato salad with the same name is not found, so I decided to share and illustrate the recipe. I corrected a couple of ingredients that were specified in the original, but it came out quite tasty!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    400 g

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Cilantro

    0.5 tsp

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

Cooking

The flesh of beef cut into thin strips

In a pan heat the oil and fry the meat, stirring until cooked

Tomatoes cut into cubes

In mixer bowl combine tomatoes, beef, salt, soy sauce, chili pepper, onion (chopped finely), garlic (also finely chopped), ground coriander. Add the butter in which the meat was browned.

Mix thoroughly, drizzle with lemon. At this stage I divided the salad into 2 parts. In one part add the parsley, cilantro and secondly, because tastes in the family are separated.

Stir again and put into the refrigerator to infuse for an hour or two. We don't always adhere to this time, the salad is good.
