Cooking

step-0
Prepare pancakes with milk for his recipe. Prepare stuffing: fish fillets, wash, dry and cut into small cubes. Onion peel and cut chetvertfinalny. Greens wash, dry and chop. On a heated with butter (or mix butter with vegetable oil) pan fry onions until tender (I just fried in butter). Add the fish and cook, stirring, 4-5 minutes. Sprinkle the fish with flour, stir and cook for ~0.5-1 minute. The fish put sour cream, stir and bring to a boil. Then pour in the milk, stirring (milk ~0.5-0.75 cups or a little more), until the sauce becomes the right consistency - not runny or too thick. Julienne salt and pepper to taste, add dill and stir. In the middle of the pancake to put a ~1-2 tablespoons fish Julien, sprinkle with grated cheese and lift the edges of the pancake upward, forming a pouch. Bag tie a thin strip of leek (alternatively, you can tie the bags with thread Chechil cheese or sprigs of parsley or dill). Bags ready to put in greased with butter a baking dish (on top of the bags, it is also possible to grease with melted butter). Bake in preheated to 180 C oven for ~10-15 minutes.

On the second day the remaining pancakes I wrapped just a little triangle, maybe someone will be useful method of wrapping. This is my favorite method of wrapping pancakes, and the filling never falls out, the pancakes are not deployed, and well-fry in a skillet. First bends one edge, as shown in the photo
