Almond cookies with raspberry jam
I offer you an almond cookie with raspberry jam TM "Maheev", a unique taste and aroma which you can feel anytime of day: morning, afternoon, evening and even at night :)

Ingredients

  • Jam

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    440 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Butter

    200 g

  • Salt

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    125 g

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

  • Sour cream

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

In a blender grind almonds to a state of fine crumbs (powder).

Add the cinnamon, cardamom, salt and baking powder

With a mixer, beat the sugar with the softened room temperature butter

Add the egg and gently stir. Mix the walnut oil and mixture. Add flour and sour cream

Food film roll out the dough to about 0.5-1 cm thick. Cut out biscuits from dough using cookie cutter. Cut out cookies should be an even number. Put in a baking dish with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 1 hour

In a preheated 180 degree oven put our cookies and bake until done. Be guided by your oven. It took me 12 minutes because I roll the dough to 0.8 cm thick

Cool the cookies, put the jam on the cookies and glue together. Ready biscuits sprinkle with powdered sugar
