Cooking
Zucchini wash, peel, grate on a medium grater, let stand for 10 minutes. Then drain the liquid and squeeze well the zucchini. Add the flour, semolina, salt, mix well. The resulting mass leave for 30 minutes.
Onions and carrots peel and finely chop. To spacionaute on a heated pan with vegetable oil.
Wash the mushrooms, finely chop and add to onion-carrot zazharku. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Fry gently for another 10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
