Bulgur with baked vegetables and meatballs
Enjoy delicious and healthy dish which contains lots of vitamins. Roasted vegetables are the perfect complement to the bulgur. For fasting I offer the option of vegetables, and for not fasting as lean Supplement will not fat meatballs from pork.

Ingredients

  • Bulgur

    1 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Sunflower oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Parsley

    3 Tbsp

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

    0.333 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Bulgur pour water in the ratio 1:2, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-15 minutes until complete evaporation of moisture.

Vegetables should be washed, dried and cut into small pieces, spread on a baking sheet covered with foil, cover top with foil and also bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes, remove top foil and bake another 15 minutes.

Prepared vegetables put into a package and tie it, allow to cool.

All the vegetables cut into small pieces and add to bulgur along with sunflower oil, season with salt and pepper, mix well.

Then in the bulgur, add the chopped greens.

For meatballs: boneless pork turn-in beef together with the onion, helped me with this blender. Add salt, pepper, paprika and mix well.

Form of ready minced meat small meatballs, about the same size.

I was making meatballs for a couple in a slow cooker for about 25 minutes.

Serve the bulgur for fasting with vegetables, and for not fasting add more meatballs. Bon appetit!
