Cooking
Finely chop peeled garlic (5 cloves), red chili pepper and ginger root. Finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes (can be the ingredient to add, and replace with fresh tomatoes, their fry is not necessary). Cut chicken fillet.
Sauté on medium heat garlic, pepper and ginger. After a few minutes add the chicken. Roast until tender about 20 minutes. 5 minutes until cooked add the sun-dried tomatoes, salt, add any spices (the paprika and black pepper).
For the sauce rubbed through a fine grater onion, 5 cloves of garlic. Mix with mayonnaise, salt and sugar. Recommend adding sesame oil (if you have), it gives the sauce incredibly spicy flavor. We have not had, and we did not add)
Cucumber cut into strips. Salt. If desired, you can add any vegetables - fresh cabbage, tomatoes, sweet pepper.
Every lovasik to coat with the sauce.
In the middle put 1/10 of vegetables and meat.
Wrap and lay the falafel on a greased vegetable oil a baking sheet. Top also sprinkle with oil.
Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes, preferably on the top heat or grill until crisp.
