I love lamb dishes. I suggest you try one of my favorite recipes for lamb. Cooking is quite simple, all products are normally available at home. Lamb meat turns out juicy, tender, flavorful and very very tasty! Help yourself!!!

Cooking
Onion cut into half rings, garlic lengthwise stripes.
Make a marinade. For this mix honey, olive oil, soy sauce, white wine, pepper, lemon juice and cinnamon.
I use soy sauce "Kikkoman"
Mix the cooked marinade with the chopped onion and garlic and add the cranberries. All mix well.
Ribs of lamb and put in a baking dish.
Pour on top of cooked marinade, put sprigs of thyme, cover with foil and put in the fridge for 1.5 - 2 hours to marinate.
Then heat the oven to 200C (400F), put marinated mutton and cook for 60 minutes.
Then remove the foil and leave in the oven for 10 minutes to get a beautiful crust.
Ribs before serving cut. Serve with any side dish!
