Cooking
Grate on a fine grater carrots, add the egg, dill, tomato paste, starch, and 1st. L. soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". Mix well.
Chop the salmon into large chunks, pepper and drizzle with 1tbsp. L. TM "Kikkoman".
Pink salmon roll in cornstarch.
And gently spread on the surface of the fish-the carrot-tomato batter. Fry on both sides until zolotisty.
It turns out very tender and juicy fish due to this batter! Served with fresh salad. Very tasty!
