Salmon in a carrot-tomato batter
Grilled salmon is usually dry, but when frying carrot-tomato batter, it turns out very juicy and tender. Often cook a fish on a festive table because it is bright, tasty, tender.

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Salmon

    300 g

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Potato starch

    2 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

Grate on a fine grater carrots, add the egg, dill, tomato paste, starch, and 1st. L. soy sauce TM "Kikkoman". Mix well.

Chop the salmon into large chunks, pepper and drizzle with 1tbsp. L. TM "Kikkoman".

Pink salmon roll in cornstarch.

And gently spread on the surface of the fish-the carrot-tomato batter. Fry on both sides until zolotisty.
