Meat patties with pumpkin
Delicious and very juicy flavorful burgers. The pumpkin in them is not felt, but this is a great opportunity to feed nehochu delicious and healthy meatballs. They turn out very tender and tasty. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    2 Tbsp

  • Millet

    1 pack

  • Spices

Put to boil the millet in salted water according to the instructions on the package. On a fine grater grate the garlic and onions, add to stuffing and mix well. The pumpkin and RUB on a small grater, add to the mince and knead again

Add the egg, sour cream and spices. Knead the minced meat

Add breadcrumbs and once again knead the meat

Formed patties with wet hands. Fry them in small amount of vegetable oil on both sides. Serve patties with millet.
