Chicken Royal
Continue to study your favorite cookbook. This recipe I really liked. Tender chicken in sauce with vegetables, very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Chicken breast

    600 g

  • Broth

    1.5 cup

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

It will go faster if you cook in different pans =) Cut the peppers into large cubes. Mushrooms also cut, if you have fresh. I have frozen. Heat the butter and tablespoon of vegetable oil. Fry the vegetables until soft.

Chop the chicken into cubes. In another pan heat the vegetable oil. Sauté the chicken for 3-4 minutes, then pour a half Cup of broth. (you can water). And simmer the chicken until the liquid is evaporated. Or, until she's ready. (I have it prepared earlier than evaporate the broth)

Put the cooked vegetables on a plate. In a pan heat the vegetable oil, add the flour, stir into a smooth paste and cook for a minute. Then remove from heat and whisking add the remaining broth.

Again put the pan on the fire and beat 2 minutes until thick. Then add the sour cream.

Further look. If the pan in which you cooked the sauce is big, right down add the vegetables and chicken. If not, then take the saucepan/wok and put in there sauce, chicken and vegetables. Add spices to taste, a spoonful of vinegar and warm up 2 minutes.

That's all! Chicken in sauce with vegetables ready! Serve with your favourite side dish! And the remainder can be used for the filling pancakes. Bon appetit!
