Description
Someone in the spring exacerbated the paranoia, and I have shopomaniya and chocoholism. For those who have similar symptoms, I propose to cheer up a slice of chocolate cake and go for the spring sales!

Cooking
Preheat the oven to 200C. Form for baking grease oil and sprinkle flour. The cake from this amount of dough is baked in the form of a volume of 1.3 and 1.5 liters and directly in the form of while the pie is still warm, pour a decent layer of frosting. Therefore, it is necessary to consider that the dough after baking should not fill out the form to the edge.
Into the water put the butter and cocoa
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
In kefir add soda and mix, then also add the eggs and vanilla, mix again. Sift flour with salt, add sugar. I have here a black cane, but white sugar is the same great cake (and possibly better!), I'm just white very rarely used.
Hot chocolate mixture pour the flour with the sugar and mix on medium speed. Add the egg-kefir mixture and on low speed, mix for a minute or two, until smooth, helping the mixer with a spoon. Work the batter.
Pour the batter into the pan, bake for 20-25 minutes until tender. While baked cake, prepare the frosting.
Put in a pan the chocolate, butter and milk.
Then the nuts. You can add a little vanilla.
Slightly cooled, but still warm pie covered with warm glaze.
