Description
Crostata - tart dough with various fillings - fruit, cottage cheese, cheese and vegetable. The pie can be open, maybe with a cover and a lattice of strips of dough. Preparing this kind of cake in Italy. Today we have Crostata with three toppings.

Cooking
Mix the flour, egg yolk, a pinch of salt, 2 tbsp olive oil and 100 g butter.
Knead a smooth dough and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Wash potatoes, peel and boil for 20 minutes.
Drain the water, potatoes to cool and cut into circles.
For the first layer of the filling we will need: onions, mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes.
Slice the mushrooms. All fry in the oil from under the tomatoes 7-10 minutes.
The second layer of filling. Curd RUB through a sieve.
Add Basil and cream. I used cream TM PARMALAT.
Mix everything, add salt.
Roll the dough and build them a form to bumpers.
Spread on the dough the mushroom stuffing.
On mushrooms put the cheese filling.
On top put a layer of potatoes.
And pieces of remaining butter.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25 minutes.
