Description

Macaroni
Delicious, aromatic sauce that is coloured with any kind of pasta. "Bows" look very nice. Can be supplemented with meat or fish, but overall so well!!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    100 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Tomato juice

    200 ml

  • Basil

  • Sauce-marinade

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Dutch cheese

    1 tsp

Cooking

Eggplant peel and cut into medium-sized cubes. The garlic and Basil finely chop.

Heat oil and slightly fry the garlic and herbs.

Add the eggplant and the sauce-marinade.

Stir and fry lightly.

Pour tomato juice, cover and simmer on low heat until soft eggplant and uvarka sauce.

Pasta to boil.

When the sauce has thickened, it is possible to salt a little and add red pepper (if you like).

Add "bows"

Stir and immediately remove from heat.
