Meat casserole with cauliflower and mushrooms
I have a casserole with a rich taste and rich content. I cooked a couple of dishes at the request of the husband, so I designed them accordingly. The taste of this casserole militarism is not affected.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    450 g

  • Cauliflower

    400 g

  • Onion

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Parmesan

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

  • Ricotta

    100 g

  • Roll

  • Milk

  • Paprika sweet

  • Cardamom

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Olives

Products the beginning. Cabbage used frozen, before freezing blanched in boiling water. If you take a fresh, pre-boil in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

In minced meat add the spices, salt, soaked in milk bread, well-kneaded.

Olives cut into thin rings, mushrooms - sliced, onions - quartered rings, cheese rubbed on a medium grater.

Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft. Set aside.

Mushrooms are fried in a small amount of vegetable oil (1-1,5 tablespoons) until the liquid is evaporated and a light blush. Set aside.

On the bottom of a heat-resistant form, pour 1 tbsp oil, smear on the surface and spread the cabbage.

On top of the cabbage - beef, level.

Finish with a layer of mushrooms and onions.

To prepare the filling, whisking-rubbing ricotta with raw eggs, a little sprinkle with salt.

Fill carefully with a spoon poured over the entire surface of casserole. Put it in the oven heated to 200 deg. on 40 minutes.

Searing for 5 minutes and the gravy is ready. You can eat both hot and cold. We liked warm.
