Fish-and-rice meatballs
Rich, soft and fragrant meatballs fish fillet and rice from TM "Mistral"

Ingredients

  • Figure

    1 cup

  • Fish fillets

    200 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Semolina

    3 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Salt

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    250 ml

  • Flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Carrots grate on a coarse grater.

Fish fillet cut into small pieces and combine with carrots.

Add boiled rice.

Add the egg. Mix well.

Add as much semolina to from the mass to form the balls. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.

In a pan pour olive oil. Put the formed meatballs.

Pour water. Add the tomato paste and flour dissolved in 2 tbsp water. Sauce salt to taste. Tomato sauce, using a spoon to cover the meatballs. Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes. It is served hot. Bon appetit!
