Fritters Apple cinnamon
Flour stocked, so continues the theme of pancakes... These pancakes I was prepared "in haste" because the student was going to leave, and I wanted something tasty in the student's "sack" to push her out to dinner.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    0.5 l

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    3 cup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Eggs combine with sugar, beat slightly diluted sour milk. Add flour, soda. Apple wash, remove the core and grate on a grater for Korean carrot, add to the dough. Now add salt, cinnamon, and knead all thoroughly. The dough is not too thick, I personally love a little watery, but within reasonable limits.

Bake pancakes-pancakes with one hand.

Now roll over and bake on the other.

And so on until the end of the test. Eat with sour cream or without, just drinking some tea.
