Beef with quinoa in Chinese manners
Beef with quinoa and fried pickles. It's very simple and fast.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

    0.5 cup

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    6 tooth

Put on to cook quinoa. Well rinse the grain several times, so it is not bitter. Fill with water in the ratio 1:2 and cook on a medium heat in salted water for 15 minutes.

While cooked cereal, marinade for beef. Cut it into thin strips, add chopped garlic, stir and pickle in a mixture of soy sauce and olive oil marinade for a while, until cooked quinoa, but can be longer. I took 4 tbsp of the sauce and oil. Instead of beef you can use sliced Magret duck breast (also very tasty).

Cut into strips onion, pepper and cucumber.

When quinoa is ready, heats the pan, add a little olive (vegetable) oil, remove beef from marinade (marinade save) and fry the beef on very high heat for 3 minutes.

Not subtracting the heat, add the rest of the ingredients: put the chopped half rings onion, stir, cook half a minute and

Add the chopped pepper, cook another half minute,

Add the cucumbers, stir, cook for about a minute, then pour in the remaining marinade from the beef, stir, keep still for 30 seconds and switch off.

Adds boiled groats quinoa, stir, taste for salt/pepper, if necessary, adjust soy sauce.

Lay on plates and enjoy.
