  • Ginger

  • Garlic

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Sherry

    2 Tbsp

Take the basmati rice in bags from "Mistral", put into boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.

While the rice is cooking, prepare the vegetables stewed in Japanese. Garlic and grate or finely chop ginger very finely. Small cubes chop the shallots, more onions coarsely.

Carrot and radish cut (grate) mugs or plates with a thickness of 2 mm.

In a pan pour oil and over medium heat 2 minutes, sauté ginger, garlic and shallots.

Add chopped onion, a little salt for softness and roast (simmer) for 2 minutes.

Add the sugar, soy sauce, mirin (for lack of a - sherry), water, stir.

Simmer the vegetables on low heat for 20 minutes.

Get a bag of rice out of the water with a fork, drain the water, tear off corner, put in a bowl (a bowl).
