The meatballs of shrimp with brown rice
There's fish day and the meatballs I made from small cocktail shrimp.

Ingredients

  • Rice brown

    2 piece

  • Shrimp

    500 g

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Green onions

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

While cooking the rice Indica brown I have 30 minutes to cook the meatballs

Potatoes cleaned and otvorila salted water. And to expedite the process, I've cut it into small pieces.

Potatoes, crushed in puree

Chopped garlic, chili pepper and green onion

And fry in olive oil

Shrimp finely chopped

Mix potatoes, shrimp and roasted peppers, onions and garlic. Pepper and adjust for salt

To form the meatballs and roll them in flour

Fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown, put on paper towel to absorb excess oil

Serve with brown rice for a side dish, sprinkled it with flakes of chili pepper
