Gnocchi
Gnocchi – gnocchi are oval or round in shape, and in Russian like dumplings.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    120 g

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Potatoes or boil in their jackets or baked. cool.

The cooled grate.

Add to it the egg, grated cheese, flour, salt, spices. Knead the dough.

Roll it on a floured table, cut into pieces.

Cook them in salted water with olive oil 2 minutes.

Then fish out with a slotted spoon and put into the pan. Sauté in butter. Before serving, sprinkle with grated cheese and greens. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
